Reflections on reform with Sumie Ishii, Chairperson, JOICFP

Note: the sound is very low on this video

Hello my name is Sumie Ishii, Chair of  Joicfp,  Japanese Organisation, International Corporation in Family Planning (JOICFP).

I strongly support the recommendations made by the two commissions IPPF reforms.  I would like to see IPPF with a new inclusive and transparent governance structure and new and accountable resource allocation policy, as a leading NGO that works really for choice; and to advance the SDGs.  At the end of the day our work is for women and the girls of the world.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the commission members, and Alvaro’s initiative, and I would say, by myself, ask what you can do for IPPF.

If you would like to share a video relating to the reform proposals, please get in touch with the reform team: ippfreform@ippf.org
